Within this booklet, you will learn about four remarkable networks that are dedicated to addressing urgent contemporary issues, ranging from combatting violence against women and discrimination within the LBT community to advocating for the protection of land, water, and the environment. Each narrative showcases the intricate aspects of mobilising for transformative change.

This resource covers 4 essential dimensions of collective feminist leadership: power, politics and purpose, principles and values and practice as well as the self. It explores each of these elements of collective feminist leadership and shares knowledge about how these concepts can be transformed to understand leadership as something that is shared collective and intersectional at its core.

Collective feminist leadership is at the heart of creating transformative social change, it aims to profoundly transform the way that leadership is practised, and it is necessary to pursue a feminist vision of the world. Collective feminist leadership seeks to transform the way leadership is practiced dismantle individualised, centralised leadership and transform it into something that is collectively held and practiced. By building collective feminist leadership, we can nurture our inner and collective power, the following resources seek to share practices and ways of doing so and provide further insights on what collective feminist leadership is.

Feminist Realities are the living, breathing examples of the just world we are co-creating. They exist now, in the many ways we live, struggle and build our lives. Feminist Realities go beyond resisting oppressive systems to show us what a world without domination, exploitation and supremacy looks like.
